  • Compliance regarding Damages to Third Parties

  • In the event that a user causes damage to a third party in connection with the use of the Service, the user shall compensate for such damage or settle disputes with such third party at the user's own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any trouble to the Company.

  • Compensation for Damages

  • If a user violates the Terms of Use and causes damage to the Company, the Company may demand compensation for damages from the said user.

  • Disclaimers

  • The Company aims to provide the best possible goods and products/services and features. However, the Service is provided on an "AS-IS" basis, and the Company does not warrant that the Service will always be secure, reliable, or error-free, or that the Service will function without interruption, delay, or failure.   • Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the Consumer Contract Act applies to the legal relationship between the Company and the User, and the Company is liable for damages to the User, the Company's liability for damages to the User shall be limited to 500 Japanese Yen, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

  • Accessing, Viewing, Storing, and Publishing content and Information Held by the Service

  • The Company reserves the right to access, view, store, and disclose, as necessary, any information that we reasonably believe it is necessary. The Company will not disclose personally identifiable information to third parties except as stipulated in our Privacy Policy:

  • Restriction or Suspension of Access to the Service to the User

  • Who May Submit the Content

  • The Submitter is responsible for his/her use of the Service and the content the Submitter submits, including compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in the Submitter's country or region.

  • The Submitter must be at least 13 years of age to submit content. All submissions from the User under the age of 18 will be deemed to have been made with the consent of a parent or guardian. Please note that the User under the age of 13 may not submit content.

  • Please only share the content that the Submitter is comfortable sharing with others.

  • The Submitter is responsible for his/her submissions and any other information the Submitter provides through the Service, and the Submitter should be careful about what information (especially personal information) the Submitter disclose.

  • Content to be Made Public

  • When the Submitter's content is posted on the Service, it will be immediately viewable by people around the world, and the following information will be made public:

  • Submitted and reviewed content
  • Categories and tags assigned by the Service's editorial team

  • Personal information other than the Submitter's nickname will be handled in accordance with the Service's Privacy Policy, and personal identification information will not be disclosed to third parties unless otherwise specified in the Service's Privacy Policy.

  • The Service's editorial team will review the submitted content prior to publication.
  • Once the editorial team completes the pre-publication review, the editorial team will contact the Submitter at the email address the Submitter has provided us with the results of the review.
  • The pre-publication review process usually takes from two weeks to several months. However, if many submissions are received at the same time, it may take several months or more for us to complete the pre-publication review and contact the Submitter with the results of the review.
  • All submitted content will be sorted by category and reviewed prior to publication.
  • Since all contents are reviewed by each and every reviewer on the Service's editorial team, there is a possibility that different reviewers will have different interpretations of the content that meet the requirements.
  • The time required to review content before publication may vary depending on the type and content.
  • Once the content has been reviewed, the Service's editorical team will send a notification to the Submitter's registered e-mail address regarding whether or not it has been accepted for publication.
  • Please note that if the Submitter's e-mail address is incorrectly registered or if the Submitter has set his/her e-mail domain to refuse to receive e-mails from us, the Submitter will not receive any notification from us and may not be able to post your content.
  • If the Service's editorial team deems that the Submitter's content does not meet our criteria for publication, the Service's editorial team will notify the Submitter that his/her content will not be published. However, please understand that the Service's editorial team will not be able to respond to any specific reason for rejected content, even if he/she asks us about it.
  • If the Submitter makes changes to the Submitter's content in the future to meet our requirements, the Submitter may re-submit content at that time.

  • Points to be Checked by the Submitter before Submitting Content

  • The Submitter may not submit information or rumors (unconfirmed information, rumors, quotations from external sources, opinions or experiences of others) that he/she has heard from others.

  • The Submitter grants the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, display, modify, and perform the Content (including but not limited to text, images, video, and other data) that the Submitter submits or transmits using the Service. The license is hereby granted to the Company. The Company also grants other registered users a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, display, modify, and perform the content the Submitter submits or otherwise transmits using the Service.

  • The Submitter is responsible for his/her own contributions and any other information he/she provides through the Service, and he/she should be careful about what information he/she discloses, especially any personal information.

  • If the Company deems it necessary, we may contact the submitter at the e-mail address he/she have given us to confirm the content of his/her submission.

  • Any other cases that the Company deems inappropriate

  • The Company will conduct voluntary response questionnaires at any time, as needed, regarding market trends, competitive advantages of operators, and consumer needs in the airline, rail, other vehicle, hotel/inn, restaurant/cafe, tourist facilities, city tours, various events, indoor/outdoor activities, and other travel-related industries. The Company will conduct a questionnaire in a voluntary response format.

  • When conducting voluntary questionnaires, the Company may request the following basic information about respondents:
  • Age
  • Gender
  • Frequency of use of surveyed items
  • Other items necessary for us to conduct research and analysis.

  • Please note, however, that the Company may use the survey responses without any restrictions or obligation to pay any rewards, conduct research and analysis, compile and publish the survey results, and are under no obligation to maintain their confidentiality.
