About this Stay
I stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Chiba, located about a 15-minute walk from Chiba Station.
The Chiba Urban Monorail, a suspended monorail system, runs from Chiba Station, and I could clearly see the elevated tracks from my room.
In the morning, I had the buffet breakfast served at the restaurant on the second floor.
There was a wide variety of side dishes available for a traditional Japanese breakfast.

Exterior
This is the exterior of Mitsui Garden Hotel Chiba. The hotel is located in a 17-story building.
Guest Room
This was the guest room at the hotel. Since I stayed alone, the room was spacious enough. The bed was also sufficiently large.
Suspended Monorail
The Chiba Urban Monorail runs from Chiba Station. It uses a suspended monorail system.

Restaurant on the Second Floor
The restaurant “Pasciona” on the second floor serves as the venue for the breakfast buffet.

This is the entrance to the restaurant. It feels very spacious.
Ingredients from Chiba Prefecture
The restaurant follows the concept of “Chisan-Chisho,” meaning locally produced and locally consumed ingredients from Chiba Prefecture.

A red mascot of Chiba Prefecture’s character “Chi-ba-kun” was also displayed.
