About this Stay
There was a special-themed room at the Tokyo Bay Tokyu Hotel that featured actual JAL aircraft seats and other cabin elements placed inside one of the guest rooms. I stayed in this room for two nights.
The room was furnished with real aircraft seats, an interior cabin wall with windows, and an in-flight service cart. For an aviation enthusiast like me, it was an exciting and delightful space.
For dinner, I placed my meal on the tray table attached to the aircraft seat in the room and enjoyed it while seated there, just like on a flight.
I had breakfast at the hotel’s buffet-style restaurant.
Please note that the Tokyo Bay Tokyu Hotel closed at the end of 2023. Since opening in May 2018, it had welcomed many visitors to the nearby theme park. The hotel is expected to reopen under a new brand. It gained popularity for its unique concept rooms, including the airline collaboration “Wing Room,” and I look forward to seeing the opening of the newly branded hotel.
