About this flight
The Netherlands, which was once the colonial ruler of Indonesia, operates flights from Kuala Lumpur and Singapore to Indonesian cities such as Jakarta and Denpasar (Bali).
This is a trip report of flying Business Class on KLM Royal Dutch Airlines from Singapore to Denpasar (Bali, Indonesia).
The in-flight meal included dishes such as tomato sauce doria.

Boarding Gate Area

This is the area near the boarding gate after immigration in Terminal 1 of Changi Airport. The warm-colored carpet gives the space a cozy atmosphere.
DNATA Lounge: Meal

At the DNATA Lounge in Terminal 1, available for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines Business Class passengers or premium members, I enjoyed a meal featuring:
- ・ Chicken Tikka Masala
- ・ Chicken Wings
- ・ Matcha Pudding
- ・ Cherry Tomatoes, etc.
DNATA Lounge: Seating Area

There were plenty of seats available, and since it wasn’t crowded at that time, it was a very relaxing space.
Boarding Gate with Dimmed Lights

At Changi Airport, each boarding gate has its own glass-enclosed spacious boarding area. This gate was not in use at that time, so it was empty and the lights were turned off.
Scenery Outside the Terminal

After leaving the DNATA Lounge, I took a walk inside Changi Airport. A tram operates between Terminals 2 and 3, and you can enjoy views of the outside of the terminal from its windows.
Lush Green Trees

eing in a tropical region near the equator, the area is filled with dense, lush green trees.
Changi Airport Guide Map

The interior of Changi Airport is vast—walking through it at a leisurely pace can easily take over an hour. The airport consists of four terminals. A tram connects Terminals 2 and 3, and also Terminals 1 and 2. However, there's no tram between Terminals 2 and 4; transportation there is provided by bus.

Delft Blue House

This offering of Delftware is a long-standing tradition of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines that dates back to the 1950s, with new models added every year. It is said that there are already over 100 different designs. Which model you receive is part of the fun of flying with KLM. Many people around the world collect them. Each miniature house contains Dutch gin inside.
This service is a unique part of the travel experience, found with no other airline. It's one of those special touches that truly enhances the joy of flying. I hope KLM continues this tradition for many years to come.
