Dining on In-flight Meals at the Restaurant
“Legend of Concorde”
Near Kansai International Airport, there used to be a restaurant where you could enjoy in-flight meals from various international airlines.
This time, I visited because they were offering an economy-class in-flight meal.

I took a window-side seat at Legend of Concorde. From this window, you get a great view of the Kansai International Airport terminal.
Meal and Wine
A meal inspired by an economy-class in-flight meal was served.
- (Square tray) Chicken main dish with steamed vegetables (bell peppers, cauliflower, potatoes, etc.)
- (Round plate) Vegetable salad, tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet), steamed duck, shrimp, served with Thousand Island dressing
- (Small dish) Cake
- * Soft roll with butter and cheese
- * A pack of mineral water placed in a coffee cup
- * Red wine and snacks
Economy-Class Style Meal
Here is a close-up of the meal.
The pack of water placed inside a coffee cup, the small butter, cheese, and dressing packets — all very typical of an economy-class in-flight meal.
It was very tasty.
